Dr. Fitzgerald is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and an active member of the American Association of Women Dentists and the American Dental Association. She presently serves as president of the Ohio Dental Association.
Life & Hobbies
Dr. Fitzgerald enjoys running on the beach with her husband, Herb, and their dog, Kimbo. She also loves kayaking, SUP boarding, learning to fish with her husband, and any time spent with her three adult children.
Practicing in Indiana since 1997, she moved to Ohio to serve as Director of Dental Services in a Federally Qualified Health Center through the National Health Services Corp. In 2006, she opened her own practice in Ohio where she practiced in all areas of general dentistry.
Chelsea Colburn, DDS
Dr. Colburn earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University and completed an additional hospital residency at Mercy Health in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Colburn is an area native and has enjoyed moving home, close to family. Her mission is to ensure that patients feel comforted and supported in their dental health journey. Her favorite procedures are the one that create confident smiles for her patients!
Dr. Colburn is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Corydon Palmer Dental Society, Choffin Dental Assisting Program Committee Member and Academy of General Dentistry. When not in the office, Dr. Colburn enjoys painting, gardening and spending time at the lake.
Dr. Colburn looks forward to every opportunity to have a positive impact on someone's smile; to improve confidence, the ability to share a good meal with others, or communicate clearly. It is a joy to give this gift.
